Yeah, you should have a 9 to 9.5 wide, especially for a GTR.

even on a gts-t they could be wider. The wider the more agressive the stance.

They are still better than OEM GTR wheels, no ? (OEM = 16x8 ?)

On 18x8.5 rims, you can still mount 245/35 or 40 Series rubber and look decent I think. Great for a daily Driver....even better for those on a Budget who want decent looking wheels......

If I can't find a set of temporary wheels to throw onto my GTR while my Promada's are in the shop getting re-finished......I just may order a set and call it a day, as I think they are more than enough for a street car.

Comparing them to a $2,000 set of 18x9 R34 wheels that I have seen on the forum lately for sale......I don't really think that the .5" (8.5" vs. 9") is really that big of a deal considering the price and what you are getting in terms of wheels.

Anyways, pointless, since the listing just ended a while ago......
Too bad, I should have jumped on a set of them

First of all, you would be crazy to pay that much for R34 GTR rims.

Secondly derk is selling a pair of r34 GTR rims for $500. It's all in searching for the best deal.

Edit: They are still available, nobody bought them. Checked sellers other items and BAM http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BRONZE-NISMO-WHEELS-240SX-SILVIA-SKYLINE-SET-OF-FOUR_W0QQitemZ190261019200QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item 190261019200&_trkparms=72%3A727|39%3A1|66%3A1|65%3 A12|240%3A1318&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14

HHmm......correct me if I'm wrong (as my math is a bit rusty), BUT:

    (1 Pair = 2 Rims) @ $500; therefore 4 Rims = $1,000 ?

Great deal in comparison if you enjoy Jigsaw puzzles.........

Yeah that's what I was getting at, saving a 1000 bucks. Plus his two rims come with practically brand new tires.
