Only 500ish nismo version made. This is #283.
Hey guys. My skyline is for sale. Here is the story:
I bought the car 2 years ago from a private seller near Toronto (I’m the 3rd owner in Canada). I drove it all summer, the car pulled great and even dyno’ed at a very responsive 354 awhp. Later that summer, a coolant hose split while I was cruising on the highway and the engine overheated. Since I was 5 hours away from where I lived, I had to delay the rebuild.
To make a long story short, fast forward 2 years and the car has been started for the first time a couple of months ago. I put my blood, tears, time and quite a bit of money into it but I’m selling because although it is driveable right now, I just don’t have the same passion I had for it a couple of years ago. I’m sure someone else would benefit a lot more from it. Plus I might be going overseas soon and selling the house so I need to unload as much stuff as I can as I might invest into another project.
** I have not driven the car much, maybe 5km total since the new engine was put in so the user will have to finish the breaking-in. **
The car currently has Ontario plates (expired) but is located in nova scotia. The machining and rebuilding of the engine was done by a reputable shop not too far from where I live.

I understand GTRs are going for a low rate these days so I will include the following to sweeten the deal. Included but not installed:
- decat pipe (currently has the cat installed
- 4 tires with less than 100km on them (Dunlop Sp sport 9090 in 235/45/ZR17, not really skyline size but they are brand new, you could probably sell them for $400).
- 2 sets of spare generic lugnuts
- random parts I collected over those 2 years (stock parts, replacement trim, etc).
- Car has 69xxx kms on original nismo 320 km/h cluster.
The bad:
- The paint is a little rough. Lots of nicks and some orange peel in places. Trunk has had a spray can makeover and therefore it doesn't match perfectly the rest of the car.
- The bodykit is starting to show its age (see pictures). Some warpage, especially on the driver side skirt and the under spoiler.
- Passenger front tire is badly worn because of a bad alignment. That's why I'm throwing in the extra set of tires. They're not the best for the car but they will get you safetied and on the road.
- Other weird little thing is the car makes a fairly loud squeaking noise when you first start it. I think it's a belt that needs replacing but I'm not sure. The noise always goes away after a couple of seconds. It also doesn't always do it, just when the car has been sitting for a while.
So I think that's it. This car is priced to sell at 10,000 negotiable (within reason). Shipping/delivery can be negotiated or arranged depending on where you live. A wicked deal for a car that's a little rough on the edges but has a lot of potential.
Feel free to make offers, trades, etc.
Please don't clutter this thread, questions by PM only and I will add the missing info to this post.
Thanks!
Etienne
