Don't get me wrong but wouldn't selling a 1993 Skyline GTST as a 1995 Skyline GTR be a scam? Even though it has been converted??

I would be pretty pissed off (legal action) if the car was advertised as a 1995 GTR and I purchased to find out it was not authentic.....

My next set of questions are;

How far has the odometer been turned back??
Is the rear fenders actual welded in steel or bondo/FRP inserts??
Is the rear subframe from a R33 GTR??
Was the car in a bad accident so the previous owner decided to make it a GTR conversion??
