    Stupid TTC hits my Skyline...

Coming home from work tonight around 10 pm driving the Skyline. Going up University Ave. approaching King Street. Taxi stopped at a red light so I slow down and stop behind him. Next thing I know, a TTC armoured truck making a u-turn runs into me. Whole left back side is pushed in. The front of the car is damaged when it was knocked forward into the taxi. At least 4 TTC supervisors, 2 TTC constables and 3 cops showed up. Was there for at least 2 hours.

    Pics to come.

Cop said as soon as he arrived at the scene he knew immediately that the TTC van was at fault. He only cited him for making an illegal u-turn. Didn't charge him for careless driving.

Don't know how extensive or how expensive the damage will be until the insurance adjuster looks at it. Definitely over $5,000. The cop estimated it at $15,000.

wow a cop as an estimator now that sums up the professional police up there. I know some people on this forum won't like this. Just venting.

What should my next move be? Do I suddenly develop an mysterious injury from the accident? lol Don't know if I can fake an injury, I'm not into scamming people or doing anything illegal.
