I would prefer 5% but that's just because I like it dark and so people cant see in.

The only problem with 5% in these cars is its gonna give you a lot of trouble with tickets. Seeing as these cars leap off the page, if they find nothing wrong with it after pulling you over, they'll sure as hell look at the tint

I have 0% Tint. (or 100% light defraction), and i have never had an issue. the darker the better for me. I think that goes back to a previous forum however in the legalese talking about what is legal or not. From what i remember, a good argument was that cops can't prove what is stock and what isn't. Either way

I have 0% and loving it.

Cops can be dicks about tint. It's "officer's discretion" and I've had a bunch of different explanations. Such as, if you put your license to the window and they can read it, it's okay. Or it's bad if they: A) Can't tell how many occupants are in the vehicle B) Can't tell if driver is male/female. Here in Ontario, there's really no "official" way of checking, and I don't believe that there's an actual tint limit

I know that the 'legal limit' in ontario is 20%, and usually they flash a flashlight through it from the inside, and if they feel its too dark theyll ticket it.
