Where to go for good eats in Montreal AND Ottawa

I'll be in Pembroke, Ottawa/Gat and Montreal this weekend, Im a big boy that likes his food, anyone know of any good places to eat? we're going to be attempting to score tickets to the habs game saturday night....hopefully we can for less than an arm and a leg. ill be requiring a 'fatty' meal before the game, so if theres something that you'd recommend shoot it up.

The Works , is sooo good man. Its all hamburgers they have something like 130 different hamburgs .Also You should come to Shannonville Oct 30, 2 course drifting then afterwards Shoeless Joes in Napanee ! its gunna be a blast!

i know a vietnamese restaurant on the south shore, basically right over the bridge to bell center (15 minute drive)
