Where would you rent said cell phone? Also this will be my fourth trip, second to TAS if anyone needs some help finding their way around.

I'm down with a trip to Daikoku Futo, only problem is you can't get there by train.

thats why you go to AAA and get the international drivers license and rent a car for the night.
