    Zdayz 2011

Anyone organizing a meet or get together at this years Zdayz? I've been looking at registration, and it's posted all over the Z boards, just curious if anyone in the Skyline community (namely sponsors) is organizing something there?

Looking at the registration etc, but i mean, even if we're not part of the event, we could all host something as a community elsewhere, even though Zdays hosts more than Z's normally..

Skylines always go! They want as many skylines to show up to represent the nissans not just the z's. I know alot of the guys that go down there from the American site. They are a great bunch of guys/gals and I'm sure would appreciate the effort of the long drive. Let's put it this way if I can get the time off work, my cars done and they finally let me over the border I will be down there for sure!!!!
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

I'll be there. I can't say much more than that as SOUSA is on lock down right now.

Are you guys planning to register or whats the deal? I'm not familiar with skyline etiquette at this event.

They have accomodated the Skyline guys by giving them their own class. I believe almost everyone gets a prize too, just because of how few come. Although this year is looking to be at least 10, possibly more!

Great! well thanks for all the info, i'll be there guaranteed! Just need to see about registration. I'm assuming the first one (65$) is the general consensus?

Are you guys planning to spend a few extra days to wait out the traffic to actually get a good drive in?

I am leaving Denver on the 16th, trailering my GT-R out. We are caravaning with one other group. Should put us there by the 18th. I guess last year it rained, which caused a rock slide. The Tail was only open one way, so you could drive right to the rock slide, turn around, and do it the opposite way. They close the gates every night so if you are in the first few on the road the next morning you can get some good driving in.

they don't close the gates at night anymore, that was only for last year because of the rockslide. it's all cleaned up now.

Night runs are by FAR the fastest and most fun.

Haha can't wait! I'll probably just drive my car down with Tyler and Josh, and frank if they can get some time off. Should be a good time!
I'd like to get there early to scope it out.
    Pretty stoked
