Will this rims and tires fit my GTR

Just wondering is these rims and tires will fit my 1992 GTR


BBS 18" RGR Rim's - Bolt pattern 114.3 x 5
- 55 offset

with toyo - 235 / 40 / 18

offset is wayyyyy too low. not only will they look goofy, they the will rub, and maybe hit the caliper.

and if i am correct, the offset is NEGATIVE 55? those will have a whole lot of dish depending on the width of the wheel.
