    DRL's
Rear light up side markers (red)
Swap in honda prelude headlights, then swap in stockers after pass. Here is link to those http://forum.ivoac.ca/showthread.php?t=2259 Its the easiest way.
any tie rod ends, ball joints (budget about $200 for this, might get lucky and pass without changing anything)
    load ratings on tires
    3rd brake light above tails

    Thats about it...
Make sure to have a shift pattern in view of the driver if you dont have one on your shift knob, thats another stupid reason to fail...

Inspection at the shop is probably around $100.

Could you help me out?? Im sick of dealing with these guys in warman... Giving me the run around and my car has been sitting all summer because of it....

If you could, my PM box is empty, or shoot me a text if you still have my number.

Will buy you a 6 pack for your troubles, and I would be thankful beyond belief.

Only dot thing you need is headlights, and I dont have those, because they never said anything about my headlights in Warman... I would be willing to swap out for some accords though if you can get me a shop that does not make you replace every ball joint and tie rod with a millimeter of play...

^ yup in ontario no need for the third brake light, rear light up side markers, and my headlights weren't replaced with the accord headlights just DRLs from what i understand. Didn't have this done to my car...
