reading japanese text

Wasn't sure where to put this.
How does one convert the text into english when viewing the sites such as yahoo japan. There is probably a setting I need to change or a program to download, just not sure what it is.

Your browser doesn't have a translation service, which is what I think you're looking for. If you see strange or japanese characters ypu're stuck with it. Try babelfish as it may be able to translate some of it, but its still very hard to understand.
