GTR won't start

I'm having a problem with my GTR. The engine will not start or goto the acc or on position. Battery is good, I'm getting a key light indicator light on the lower right of the instrament panel. Everytime I put the intelligent key in the key slot the dash just shows the key removal icon. We've tried both sets of keys Anyone experience this same problem? According to the manual it say malfunction with the intelligent key system and to take the car to the dealer; I've called the dealers and they said have never seen this before.

Also is there any manual method of putting the car in the neutral position?
