I had to boost mine before I stored it this year and I had to fool around with the booster cables a bit because the connection wasn't securing properly.
If your terminal is a bit corroded, just take some arm and hammer baking soda and water and clean it off.

    Try this..
    take a hammer...........
and Hit (tap a skyline) the starter repeatedly, after some one turns the key.

safety: use wheel chalks. so buddy in the car does not run you over

tool tip: get or borrow a battery Load tester
the battery is probably drained by now.
X2 it being the starter. If it clicks when you turn the key, there's a pretty good chance its the starter.

That sounds like fun, but in Ontario they salt like crazy, and in one season your skyline would be a rust bucket

AWD Twin Turbo in calgary snow and ice... is awesome! just take care of the car with the salt and snow and she'll be alright.

Hopefully your skyline has been able to start now with the weather clearing up as it has.

I had my Skyline out all last week in that crappy deep freeze. kept her plugged in at work all day, she chugged a little in the evenings when trying to start but she did. Only thing that happened was it blew an AWD fuse which apparently also took out my ABS and cigarette lighter.

Last winter i had problems with the car rough idling in the cold and then occasionally dying but she'd always start again. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

I had a similar issue couple weeks back. I went to start the car just to let it run for a bit while in storage. Lights everything worked but the car just made a click sound when I tried to turn it over. Voltage was like 10-12volts. I tried boosting and a bunch of other tricks, finally I gave up, took the battery out and charged it for a night. Tried it next day. Started up like nothing happened. Hopefully issue is that simple for ya. If that doesn't work, i would then look into starter and or fuel pump.
