Gotcha thanks again it's a bit of a learning process for me but I appreciate the advice greatly. So to avoid pulling the rear is it safe to assume a stretched rear tire would help?

yes stretch tire will save you alot of work and alot of pulling the fender out to try n tuck those tires. i mean its possible. but i would be easier to tuck that much tire if it was on a 10. but since your not getting 10's then a little smaller will be just prime. its just rolling the fenders is nearly ever perfect. if your folding the lip your paint should be just fine, but if you want to tuck those 235's youll need to do some pulling and thats when the paint often doesnt like it. whatever you do, do it in the sun with a heat gun. make sure your helping that metal bend as much as possible. my buddys wrx blue subaru paint sucked, its chipped instantly even being careful, even my other buddys evo 8, same thing. but my other buddys mazda 3... holy crap. the paint was like rubber. it would not crack or anything. i was pulling as hard as i could and the fender was like butter.
but just add lots of heat and it would be fine, especailly if u get a little smaller it will just make it that much easier... and your car is going to look pretty friken sick when shes done.
post more pics as the progress goes!89 r32 sedan

So a quick update. I had my dad drop my fronts 215 on 9" wide rims to a tire shop by his work today. He said the first place he went to wouldn't even touch them and he went to another which basically told him I'll have a lot of exposed rim and hitting a pothole would cause serious damage but he would install them. I call ******** but again this is my first time going through this process. What do you all think? Oh and another thing two of the rim covers that came with my Te37Sl's got tossed by the idiots working at the Fountain Tire I originally took the wheels too... Needless to stay I'm becoming more then a little frustrated!Justin

you will be fine. my buddy was running 215s on 9.5 rims and he was fine on our very shitty roads. take your rims to a good shop that will take car of them instead of anyplace like fountain tire. Some people dont give a **** and will just install the tires and wreck your rims.Check out Top Tier Imports. Sign up today! http://www.toptierimports.com

i guess being new means you dont know all the shops yet or even less who at what shop can do what you want. for example costco will only put tires on according to their book, but some shops that are used to stretch just know what is possible. and its understandable that some told your dad they wont even touch your wheels because they have to go by the book and arnt very much car enthusiasts. but with time youll get to know your way much better. best thing to do is talk to people who work alot on their cars in your area and they will give you some tips of where they found does a good job and do stretch tires.
but yes when you lower your car it will automatically get camber from lowering and a decent pull on your rears and youll be able to tuck tire which will look sick. yes its easier to tuck 215 but if u get someone who knows how to properly roll fenders youll be fine.
my car when i got it lowered i got an alignment to adjust everything and they took out as much camber as they can with stock arms, and i measured my camber and im at -4 degrees lol. but if i wasnt i wouldnt be able to be where im at. i just got new camber arms to put in and once i do ill have to take out my spacers to give room.. kuz my rears im going to 0 for traction for drifting.
anyways, get your fenders pulled and get coilovers or lower the ones you have and your car will be much better89 r32 sedan
