Skyline Newby...Any advice??

Hi All. New to this Forum and currently in the market for a 2015/16 GT-R (it's all I can afford). Real quickly, are there any particular items of note that I should be keeping an eye out for when looking at potential vehicles? Most of what I am considering seems to be very low mileage (30-40K) and very well kept. That being said, all vehicles have Gremlins.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
