Bringing a GTR into Ontario that is landed in BC but not registered anywhere

I know there have been threads on similar subjects, but I am looking for the most current information on my situation:

I am trying to buy a 1995 R33 GTR from BC. The car was imported legally into BC, but was never registered in the province. It was sold to someone in the US and was brought back into Canada. So as it stands, the car is legal, in Canada, but not registered.

My question is: What all do I need to get from the seller to register it here in my name?

Time is of the essence for me, so all informed responses are appreciated. Really need your help, guys. Anyone had any experience importing a GTR into Ontario that was not registered in any other province?

Sounds like it would be a virgin import. Just like bringing one from Japan. Pretty easy I bet
