how does it being auto make it less prone to crankwalk lol.


the 7bolt cranks tend to crankwalk more.

I've heard this or something like it from a few people now regarding more than one type of car:

"Auto 7 bolts are less prone to crank walk. A heavy clutch in a 7 bolt helps the crank move. Some guys go as far as disabling the neutral switch so that they don't have to push in the clutch to start the car."

For anyone that's curious, I took the trade. It's a '95 Talon TSi. I'll probably try to flip it later, but keep it for the winter. God, it's ugly. Needs wheels and drop ASAP.

IMo those are nice cars.... I have always liked them.

However a drop and some rims couldnt hurt.

Definitely. If I can get some cheap wheels/tires then I'll throw them on. Dont want to spend too much on the car as I'll likely be getting rid of it soon.

One thing about the car that bugs me is the colour. Doesn't really fit the car, IMO.
