Small claims court is an option. I'm hoping if I threaten him with small claims court that he will pay up. I'd rather have the seats I paid for but I doube he had them to start with...

Sorry to hear about this sir, I would recommend small claims court. We have used it many times for our other business and it works very well lol Anyway make sure of course that you have all the conversations, payment sent transaction number, payment received email, and all his info... should be a rock solid case.
