People nowadays compare to NSX to modern cars and write it off without much thought, which is a shame. If you take it in context to the late 80's, when its closest competition was a pathetic Ferrari 348tb, you'll realize very quickly whata game changer it was. It was its era's R35. Still looks great today and unlike most other cars of its day, holds its value. In fact resale has climbed in Japan as a lot are being repatriated.

I'd take my NSX over my old BNR32 and present BCNR33 any day. There, I said it. :P
    Of course I've driven one.
Why would I make such an objective comment if I haven't let alone how could i?
And of courses I don't look at it in the context of the era , since I don't live in said era.
I've driven two one stockish jdm one and a lighty modified usdm one. I wasn't thrilled. But id amit that is all IMO.
I apologize I did preface my post with that.
Come on JZ you and I both know resale value doesn't necessarily reflect anything about the car its self as much as it does demand or iconoclast status. I mean look at AE86's , Hakosuka's, deloreans or duesenberg for X_sake!
And to be fair you your self said you were unlicensed with that car before you even rode init , from a poster or a magazine or somthing?
So you can't say that you're sway towards that car over many others doesn't have to do with a preset bias, like me and whaletailed 930's.

A car is not like a baby or a girlfirend... what warped relationships have you been involved in?
Of course I cared about my car it was an investment and It was fun. I didn't cry when I lost my skyline, nor when I sold any of my other. Cars and I wouldn't be so devistated if somthing happend to my Z ... cause its an inanimate object.

No doubt, it must have been some house the owner rented, and the renters are surely the thieves hey? It was just a coincidence that the home owner owned a shop kms away lol

Glad to know the admitted fault, probably the best option for them in court. Wonder if they're getting theft over 5 charges? Possession of stolen property? Not sure what the charges would be for running a chop shop basically, curious to find out

It's not like planting a baggie of cocaine on someone. That's A LOT OF STUFF to have to 'plant'

    Oh yeah she'll get hers.

And I agree with what you're saying. It'll be interesting to see how things end up.

I doubt they'll be facing any time though, as someone else mentioned. A good lawyer will get them out of the hot water, but their rep is forever ruined.
