I find grocery shopping boring, so I follow my wife around the store, drifting all the corners.

I didn't think the ECU kit came with sensors or boost controller. If that's true, I have 2 new sensors I couldn't use (wrong ecu, I don't have a power FC lol)

I killed my Sciatic nerve once. It's been the worse pain I'v ever experienced. Every movement was a shock of paint right down your back going to your knees and just knocks you right down. It got so bad that I couldn't move an inch with out major pain. The only thing I could do was take advil and lay in bed for a week and a bit straight. It got to the point where I thought I needed surgery. My spine wasn't rubbing against mine it was the swollen muscle hitting it. Any little movement did it! They have a medicine for less serious cases with a shot. But it very's on the person. These 2 nerves control movement and walking and are the biggest nerves in the body. Run from the middle of your back and split to each leg.

It was the worst pain EVER!

Other than that, when ever I wake up I have a hard time breathing. Feels like my back in being sat on when I breath and pain when I breath in to a certain point. It goes away after I'v been up and walking about. Just weird and annoying!

My wife had a disc that was pressing against the nerve, causing back pain, not sure if it's the same as what you had.
She had laser surgery to burn of the edge of the disc that was pressing against the nerve. Her back is fine now, and the surgery was just an in-out thing. I think manual surgery you have to stay there for a week at least though. The laser is far more expensive but worth it in the end.
Not sure if that is what you have, but good luck with it!

I have suffered from back pain for 20+ years, used to go to a chiropractor regularly which helped, plus deep tissue massage/cupping/acupuncture, mostly under control now, exercise and walking seems to help as well. Was aggravated by a bad car accident, skydiving accident and a pinched nerve - most pain I have ever felt in my life! I can emphasize, it is NOT fun. Hope you can avoid surgery, good luck either way.

Unfortunately no. The full term of what I have is Sciatic Spinal Stenosis. It's a shifted disc in the lower spinal cord which is rupturing against one of the nerves that runs down my left leg.

It comes and goes but unfortunately there is no medication for it...other than surgery.

I will know if I need surgery soon.

Sciatica doesn't sound fun. Is there a way to overcome it?

I used to have back pain when I was a teenager, had to do with some irregular growth rates between different parts of my back. It's ok now though.
I wonder what the ratio to men with back pain to men who are overweight is. Also with our increasingly inactive society, exercise may be a big factor as well.
