Three years ago I broke my knee cap and was out of work, Call of Duty came out and I packed on quite a few pounds sitting in front of the television wasting my life away. I knew I had to change my life so I'm proud to say that I have been training for three years as of this month and have totally changed my life around. I'm now very interested in new routines, proper nutrition, and other peoples results ect ect. I was approached by a company to try this 90 Day Challenge. I was sceptical but I accepted, my family is now on the challenge and I've seen some pretty impressive results. This product may or may not be for you however If anyone is interested I highly recommend checking this out.
