Nick and I have resumed contact. He has made effort to start paying back the $3100 owed, by making a first payment. All my fellow GTRC members who have shown solidarity to me, THANK YOU!! While it is sad that it came to this, let's take comfort in knowing that he has made the effort. I believe in second chances.
It's never too late for someone to make amends. I am hopeful that he will make good on his promise now.
To all of you brothers, let's give the man a chance to redeem himself. I dont want to cause him aggravation at his new job. So let's exercise a bit of a restraint. I will take my own advice as well.
Will keep everyone posted.

Id still take him to small claims court for the fack around he gave you and to insure the monies owed are paid in full. He can keep stringing you along for 4 years, and by then it would be very hard to have a judge side with you by that point.
Regards,
Ken.
