1990 skyline gtst tie rod/steering rack boot and compatible part help?

hey guys my boot just split and is leaking a bit, just wondering if some one had a part number for the front steering rack/tie rod boot? or if there is a car with the same ones?
Also does any one have the part # or another car that will have the same front passenger side seat belt retractor, i have the seat belt but the retractor broke.
Also I was wondering if some one can confirm that a fuel filter from a nissan altima will work and the back brake rotors from a z32 tt will work as well? thank you
