Does anybody have these outlets and manifold installed on their BNR32? Noticed any big response/hp/torque increasement? I'm with the -5 and already doin 590whp@22psi, type B cams, forged bottom end, etc... Does it worth the extra cost? I mean, with shipping and taxes, it's going for 1500$. If you would only buy one (exhaust or outlet) wich one would it be? Exhaust I guess...

I had Tomei manifolds and outlets on my car. They looked nice. Power wise, I think response was slightly better (100-200 rpm? on full boost). The only draw back is that they will 1 day crack where the oem cast are a bullet proof chunk of metal. I'm all about the bling so I say doooo ittt

What do you mean they will crack? You mean that oem ones are stronger? 100-200 rpm... yeah, that's what i thought: not much of an improvement... But I agree, they look nice! I might save a grand on this one and pass...

Any aftermarket exhaust manifold can crack easier than OEM, simply as they are aluminum as opposed to cast iron.
This does NOT mean they will crack though. I have never sold a Tomei exhaust manifold that has cracked, and I've been selling them for 7 years.

Exhaust manifolds are part of the entire picture. For higher output cars they do make a difference. The Tomei manifolds have larger inlets and outlets, meaning the exhaust gases can flow easier and faster. This combined with bigger outlets, bigger front pipe, and bigger exhaust give you the complete free flowing package, and ensure your engine is reaching it's potential. It isnt about what individual parts will do in terms of power increase, it's what individual parts combined as a package will do for you. Just changing the exhaust manifold will not net you much gain, but combined with other parts it will.

yeah, I know.. Like almost every skylines, I already have the bigger front pipe and exhaust: That's why I was planning on changing the last parts of the ''breathing line'', but I was on the treshold of to do it or not... I just can't afforf this for now (it sucks 'cause their on sale)... Do you offer monthly payment? lol. May be there will be another sale next spring...
