Powder Coating

There is a shop in my locality offering genuine powder coating on automotive parts. He told me he could do the valve cover of any vehicle in any colour for 100 canadian, sound good or outragously expensive?

thats faily exspensive from my experiance.

A friend of mine owns a shop, and i would never pay that...He charges $50 for full valve covers, like honda and sr20 etc So a Rb20/25/26 with the centre cover would cost about that.

Yeah, $100 seems a little steep. I got my valve cover, wiper arms, intake manifold, charge piping, wheels, and all my wifes CRX suspension pieces done for $800.
