    GTRC Car Club

Could GTRCanada.com be considered a car club? obvious answer is yes, but is it?

I'm filling out a classic automobile questionaire for ING insurance. If i put GTRC down then anytime i'm driving and possibly bending the usage rules i can say i'm going to a mini GTRC meet right?

not really in that case. that would be covered as driving under hobby purposes, i don't know if i'll ever need to use the excuse.

I guess i'm wondering if a "Car Club" is something that has to be established. as in membership fee's and such, maybe i'll put GTROC instead.

that may work for covering your butt if your pulled over. But if you are in an accident (even if its not your fault) and you cant prove that your on the way to a meet you may be in BIG trouble. I mean, they may pin the whole accidetn on you and there is nothing you could do. The insurance company may even void your coverage for miss representation.

I got your PM and sent you a reply.

Like I have said in my PM and as stated here it will not be accepted by your insco and you'll likely lose your coverage when you need it most.

Just pay the regular fees like everyone here.
