    i Cant Get a sticker???

    hi, i have had a hell of a time getting my skyline on the road, but i thought it was all over after i got insurance and a safety but when i went in to get my sticker they said i couldn't. They said that my VIN was not in there system and they couldn't over ride it?? has anybody had this happen to them? if so what did you do? i really just want to drive my car!!!
