Hey guys,
So as the title states I'm looking to buy a Seibon hood and wanted to know where the best place to order one would be? I'm from Edmonton if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply cortexx. Unfortunately it'll still cost cost over $1000 before gst and shipping but should be cheaper then a shop in Edmonton I just got off the phone with. Do you recommend a particular brand of hood pins? I'm looking for locking CF ones. I'm liking the Aerocatch design.
also looking for one and am very intrested if anyone knows of anything in alberta
Side question: where can you get Dmax?
I don't use the pins with my seibon hood , it had the factory catch moulded and it's very very sturdy , it moves less than the factory one did . The secret to fitting a secure hood is in the adjustment of the bump stops so that there is NO movement at the catch while driving. Carbon hood latches fail when the thing does NOT fit snugly and the catch rattles and moves around so that it finally breaks free .
The pins are used in racing incase you punt another car and the catch comes undone , nothing makes you jump like a hood wrapping itself over your screen and roof ( it's happened to me in a ford capri and i had a scalp full of glass from a smashed sunroof ).
The aerocatch fasteners are the best and make a neat job . almost a factory look .

Cortexx I would buy a GTR latch and go that route, only my hood latch release broke on me when I went to use it in winter storage last winter....![]()
Struik I'm waiting to hear back from a couple places. Where abouts in Alberta do you live? We could probably save on shipping costs if we get them shipped together.
