I've seen this ad all week, but the poster finally put pictures up. Apparently the car was on fire (noticeable from the front end picture).

Because race car.
Don't know whose it is, but it won't be that easy to fix. There will be water damage to the interior and underhood components.

yup, I went and saw it. It's not pretty. needs new dash, hood, windshield, and thats before even looking at the engine. It's a shame, its a pretty low mileage car. Definately not worthy of a price tag close to $6500.
Edit: not worth it

He can't deal with the fact that he basically has scrap sitting right there and is going to lose a bunch of money.

^ Good eye, I edited my post to avoid any pointless e-battle.
Anyway, still looking for a GTR front end :-)

I dont know the laws back east... but in BC if a car has had fire damage, you cant put it back on the road...period. Even after fixing it, they write it off as scrap and dont give any documents for the car, it can only be used strictly as parts. (from what iv heard) So even replacing all the burnt parts on this car wouldnt help. It will always be a write off.
ya i tried to post earlier that he posted it on here..but i couldn't find this thread.
