What Tire will be Best for me?

Hey guys i have just bought some Rays 17x9 +22 offset. I drive my car daily in the summer and am going to go to the track a few times a season. what tire and what size do you guys suggest? i was thiunking either a 255/40/17 or a 265/40/17. also for tire brand was looking at the 615s or the dizzea star spec. looking to spend around 1000$
open to all suggestions tho!

255/40/17 is the proper size tire for 17".
The Star Spec are a great option, and price would probably come in under $1000.

I strongly agree with the above statement. I've been amazed at how well they've worn. Mine isn't a daily driver but sees the track often. This will be the third season with them but will have to be replaced this summer. Buy the StarSpecs.
