    Recommened sealer ?

    For the metal to metal surfaces ( eg water pump) .

    any suggestions ?

    I used high temp black silicone when I did my water pump and timing belt.

    Permatex Water Pump & Thermostat RTV Silicone Gasket, this one is especially designed for water pumps and thermostat. for other metal to metal Permaxtex has other gasket makers sealant too.

    How about maximum oil resistance gasket maker? This I like:

    For high performance engine up to 700 degree F.

    The copper one should cover everything under the turbo...

    thats what i bought from crappy tire for a generic gasket maker. lol good to know its high quality.

    its always advisable to use the correct gasket IF one is available. Dont use this stuff in place of a gasket.
