Timing belt replacement for rb20det

Can anyone teach me how to replace timing belt and its components step by step?
I am not doing it alone,my buddy will help me and he is mechanically inclined,just making sure so that we don't screw up.
Please help me on the positioning of the gears,how tight the idler and pulley and everything else to make everything safe and right.
Or if someone here who has a rb20det manual,that will be great.
hope someone can help not just for me but for all of us newbie here.
