How do you take off the passenger door panel?

I was trying to install speakers today, but I couldn't get the passenger door panel off. I took out the 3 screws on the bottom, the two cap screws on the front, the screw in the ashtray/door handle looking thing, the screw inside the small panel under the armrest, and I popped off the window switch. Something was still grabbing though, and I couldn't get it off. What am i missing??

There are 2 screws on the door closet to the front of the door with covers on them. On the inside of these panels there is a interior type plug that helps grab the panel. Everyone that I have take out needs a little pull to give it a hand on coming out. Other than that this is pretty easy
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

2 screws with covers up front near the rear view mirror. Theres also a cover underneath the handle that has a screw in it, 3 more along the bottom of the panel and finally 1 more hidden behind the window switch. After that there's 2 plastic clips holding the panel on at the rear of the door and 2 more towards the front. I used a plastic panel pry bar to pop those off. once those are removed you'll have to slide the panel up and off the door because the window strip on the top grabs toward the inside, it's best to have the window rolled down to do this... after that just the pigtail clipped into the window switch and that should be it.

Thanks for the help guys. I found out what I forgot: I took out the window switch, but I didn't see that there was a screw behind it since it was dark. New speakers are in! booyah!
