Diff/oil pan/transfer case drain/fill plugs wtf size are they

So I'm trying to fill my fluids but none of the fill plugs are coming off, even with penetrating oil. I've nearly rounded out 2 of the with 1/2 dive ratchets. What size are they? Previous owner didn't anti seize them and now they gotta get the easy out treatment. Running out of plugs AND patience.

Napa and canadian tire have nothing that will work.

Try any heat. A nice warmed up Drive train will help. Or a torch if u have to.

Ok, more @#$@# BS. Took a torch to the cover, and frosted the plug with spray, nothing. Tried different combinations of heat only and ice only. Finally, drilled out the mother to 1/2" even with an easy out, it's spinning out cause it's garbage aluminum. I'm getting sick of all the BS involved with this car and this engine. All started with sending my engine to Ztune almost 2 yearss ago and I still can't get this overpriced POS back on the road, now everything is always delaying and I'm constantly fixing **** that was supposedly in good condition.

Anyway, all I need to do now is buy a new bench drill press and hundreds of $$$ of drill bits to get the thing drilled out and retap with the thread size that is most likely super rare like every other fawkin tool I seem to need that local stores don't carry, unless someone else has other ideas.

Edit: Oh, if someone needs quick money and doesn't mind doing some "extra curicular" stuff, I have parts in a shop, going on 2 months (for a 4 day job) and no one is answering now, cell and office phone are disconnected so I need someone to go get my stuff, in edmonton No, it's not a few small parts. If I go in person, I would probably get in big trouble.

Man, sorry about your luck. Be patient, youll get it out. If its the rear diff case fill plug your stuck on now, you could take the rear cover off. It would be easier to mess with the plug, or find yourself a used cover. A used cover couldnt be much.

And if u lived in Ontario, my friends would get your stuff back for a fee.

heh, too bad I'm not in ontario... As for the cover, it's already off, the front cover so it's going to get the drill press treatment sooner or later.

As for a replacement cover, if I have to mess around much more, I'm going with a trust cover.

hey buddy, where are you located?

I know how you feel, theres one trick with these car that makes ownership much more enjoyable, and thats having the RIGHT people working on your car, and the right prices.

depending on where you're located we could make some recommendations or maybe even come out to give you a hand... you're not in QC by any chance are you? we've got a good crew here in MTL that is always helping each other out.

I'm in alberta. I've owned 2 GTRs since 2004 and I've dumped $60k into them total so it's not like I'm cheaping out chasing backyard deals mang. Using shops like Ztune were not known as bad shops then. I have friends around but none that weld, do body work, electrical or powder coating and I didn't feel like assembling my own engine and risk blown the $15k lump. Anyways, thanks for the offer, too far away
