I was reading from Garrett that there is a compact 5 bolt pattern and a regular pattern?
What engines/cars have what 5 bolt pattern? It makes it hard for a noob to buy a used turbo when he doesn't know exactly what fits what.
Thanks

look in the for sale section , do some research on your car , the info is easy to find .
If you don't have the knowledge to go shopping for used parts , put up a wanted add in right section and ask for a turbo , used for whatever it is you are driving !

You really have to be carefull, there are about 6 different patterns all together from various manufacturers (and 3 that I know of from Garrett). I can't remember for sure but the best way to figure out what one you have is to measure the distance between the two farthest bolts and that will tell you which one is which. I know that info is kicking around on the web somewhere, I just can't remember where right now.

Two days ago I saw a vehicle that would haul that tanker....you wanna get out of here......you talk to me.:The Road Warrior
Rides:
1990 GTR Drag Special T88H34D 11.24 @ 127.55mph at 1.2bar (strip) 10.67 at 134mph at 1.4 bar (G-Tech street)
2011 Silverado Crew tow rig.
1993 Nissan March A# with only 36,000km.
Ok i was a bit harsh i guess .. sorry mate

No problem
I'll find out some more then.
With all the part numbers from Nissan OEM and then Garrett, it takes a while to match things up.
