Fuel system electrical help

anyone know where the fuel pump relay is.
I understand its a 2 stage system

7-8VDC drop on the fuel pump I am guessing I have an electrical issue.

I lookd on FAST to see if I could find it. If Nissan calls it a modualtor-Fuel Pump Control, its on the Drivers side rear quarter inside the trunk.

I also found a "trouble tree for the fuel system" in the R32 GTR manual Pg. 192
is this the same as a GTSt?
