Is the side quarter glass seal available or does it only come with the glass and for curiosities sake how much is the rear glass?

The part written in Japanese under 80253 says that it is only included with the 80820/80821 part. So if you order one of those you'll get the piece you need as well.

the seal is attached to the glass as one unit, so you would have to order the glass as well.
Rear glass is around $900-$950 brand new Genuine Nissan. The actual price depends on your VIN though as there are a few different types.
