A not so stock civic against what looks like a mostly stock GTR...outcome...not surprising. esp since it was from a roll...

from a dig it probally would be more even.

Compare apples with apples ....

I have nothing against civic but if you put the same amount of $ in mods, the gtr will be definitly faster ...

But concidering the price of a GTR vs how much that civic would of costed (since this is the US) the civic still costs less

I just thought that video was neat

i m guessing that this guy didnt have the 180km limiter removed from the gtr ... i havent seen that before ... but if the gtr was even 400 hp which u can get for less then what was spend on that civic ... ( stock 110 hp )

Dunno, it looked almost stock (the GTR)

Concidering the price of a GTR in the US is around 30K USD...

for 30K USD you could build a 400+ hp civic

being a sleepr is good...

Need to own a track monster (ie non sleeper) for fun, and a sleeper built to hunt

It's not too impressive say when a Supra or a GTR wins a race against a fast known car, but it is, when a almost stock looking say corolla does

I wouldn't say that GTR was stock. Bodywise it was stock, but what can you tell by the body only?

GTRs are not infallable. They are not the top of the food chain. They can be beat. I think people here need to acknowledge that. You don't rule the streets by buying one of these cars alone. In Toronto there's a twin turbo Z06 that I would be afraid to run into.

Still, the civic is still a civic. I can't get excited about the way it looks. That BNR looked like rolling sex.
