Once I saw Wakasaki, Orido and Drift King go nuts for the RB swapped Z33 at Ebisu I was sold on that alone!

They said the chassis and handling was so more far advanced but with a legendary powerplant that the VQ could never be.

the proto will be turbo'd on the VQ platform though won't it? all it takes is someone to show it some TLC

Umm $85,000 summer car...not really viable.

Buy a wrecked or blown Z add an RB, coilovers, brakes you coudl probably have a seriously fast car for under $30K.

The wifey just bought a 350z at the beginning of the summer...I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the power, or lack there of. It also has a by-wire throttle which I don't like. For rear wheel drive it is quite stable while laying down the gas around corners (or under powered more likely) and it stops on a dime...seriously, awesome brakes (Grand Touring package has the Brembos). I just can't get over the lack of power, and it seems unfair to have to pay for the car (expensive) and then put money into it to get it to a reasonable power level. I can't think of a time if I had the choice between my GTR and her 350z that I would pick the 350z.

Wow sounds amazing until they mentioned this...

where the exhaust manifold and turbo exhaust housing are formed as one piece. We’re told this is for weight saving, packaging and high response...

    Great for easy turbo upgrades

EDIT: 3850lbs? It think you would have to replace the brakes and tires after every track day.
