I'll take care of this one guys....
As far as I know, that is the only 100% legit way to get a R34 over in Canada. ( For Track & Show ONLY )
Check out the sponsors on the site, search old threads....
I remember one importer on another site, adversting R34 GTR's for as low as $20k believe it or not.
But if you want to MAYBE be able to plate the car, seems you have to get it peiced together in Canada, and classifed as a kit car. the going rate for this is $90k
Yay! Another R34 thread!!!!![]()

"Life's too short to drive boring cars!"
 You pretty much have to be a business, or be able to somehow justify bringing in a car for only show/track use.
Can these ALL just be deleted until people learn to have patience till 2014?
'89 GTST - restored to near showroom (FOR SALE)
'92 GTR - latest project, not far behind..already fresh engine!!
'94 Mitsubishi Pajero Super Exceed 2.8TD LWB (my daily)
'10 Mazda 3 Sport Hatch (wifey's)
Try searching, theres a thread a week about it.

at least he's not asking how to get one to drive on the street

this thread almost seems like the one i posted a week ago. Another R34 thats crazy, you should make it street legal hahaha.
Guys he isn't interested in making it street legal, he wants it for track/show. Lay off of the band wagon just yet.
Can I suggest maybe looking at some for sale in America as well, it might cost you a little more but I have seen quite a few track/show R34's in the States for some "decent" prices.
Importing one would be fairly painless until you got to customs, I'm unsure as to the process of getting it into the country.
One quick call to transport canada in Vancouver and you should have some answers. just be very clear that it is track/show.
As far as finding one, getting it on a boat, and arriving at the docks in Vancouver, that'll all depend on finding a seller in Japan whose English is good enough to understand you, or how green your money is.
it's weird.. but most show car/track R34,S15 and whatnot I have seen in Canada always end up being driven on the streets...
VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVViper!
