GTR engine swap EDMONTON

Hey looking into buying a GTR in etown needs an engine swap. I sourced out RB26dett and the car, I odnt know what shop could do it in Etown. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

whats the difference between the rb26 short block and long block ? can both be easily swapped into a 90 gtr ?

A short block is just a block with rotating assembly.

A long block is a complete engine

Thanks.. Im a newb to the RB26. What can i run for boost on stock injectors when I swap it and where can I get it tuned and swapped in Edmonton ?

Has Raymond got himself a clean room yet? I wasn't a fan of how messy things were there. You can tell certain things about people by how they are organized, especially when at the public's view.

Oh, long blocks and short blocks are a common car thing, not RB26 thing heh.

As for stock injectors, you cannot know how much boost since no one knows what turbos your have (Velders mentioned this one

If the car doesn't have stock injectors, you shouldn't be putting stock injectors in it. If you do, you need a tune. If you tune, you can't but bigger injectors again without a tune which means you kinda wasted money. Have you tried replacing the leaking injector with the same one or having the seller fix it??

No I have not looked to the seller to replace the injectors, there are none in there what so ever. I started this thread for research purposes because if possible I would like to flyto edmonton and have the swap and everything done right away.. Within days ?
