R32 GTR: What Coilovers are these?

so, i got these coils on my car, they're yellow bodied, gold spring, with NO labels... been told they were Ohlins, but who knows... they're non dampener adjustable, ride height with C-clip... only markings are some purple squiggles....

    here's some pics...

i'd like to know what they are, because if they ARE Ohlins, i'd like to take em off, send em out to have em refreshed, and maybe some tighter springs....

    thanks guys!!!!

They don't look like coil overs. Just a strut and spring. I would say the strut could be a Bilstein, but they don't have any purple markings and if they are older I think the Bilstein's were Blue and White.

these are clearly Koni Yellow shocks with lowering springs on them, theres no height ajustability on the spring perch or the body
i've installed koni yellow shocks on a friend's civic and these look exactly the same

Someone has a set for sale on the forum before but i can't find the post. I can't really tell because of the angle these pictures were taken but I think these are some sort of "old style" coilover with indexed height adjustment. I think there is a c-clip or lock clip that locks the spring seat to those "groves" on the tube and you can adjust the height by locking the seat to a different grove.

exactly what mine are.... there's no markings of any logo, or even where there used to be a sticker of a logo... just some purple finger paint looking crap on em, they are height adjustable, but the lower perches, you can see the grooves for c-clip, something i didn't notice while doing my own reseach on those Koni yellows.... they're close, but no cigar...

i dunno, just some random coil over i guess, entry level most likely, they ride REALLY nice, and handle fairly well... i'd just like to know wtf they are! LOL

    ^^
where the grooves for the c clips near to top of the shock?

honestly, i don't think they're Koni Yellows... but i've been looking all over the internet for em, and haven't came up with anything to support your claim...

tomorrow, i'll see if there's any casting numbers on the tubes, might help tracking down who the F made these....
