    Water Temp/Coolant Temp doesn't work.

Hey everyone, I just bought a 1991 GTR and it seems like the water temp gauge and coolant gauge doesn't seem to work. Apparently the owner said that it does work but only sometimes.. I mean.. "Only Sometimes" It came with brand new N1 oil and water pumps.

My friend said it could be the heater core but I'm not sure.

The car doesn't over heat or anything, no leaks. Even when I held the Up on the Climate control for (FH), it doesn't blow out any hotter then normal; luke warm no matter what temp.

I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea that can help me out?

    Thanks.
