shot in the dark here, but since there's km numbers there too, its probably what a local mechanic put there while in japan. just saying when next oil change is etc.

Gosh, the handwriting is rather horrible!!
I can only make out part of the words.

Starting with the sticker on top:
1997 Dec 8th

Belt, 3 pieces (can't read the last 2 words!)
Alternator

2nd sticker:
Radiator (something... can't read the last part)
(I have absolutely no idea what the 2nd row of words say!)

3rd sticker:
2000 Sep 6th
75,958km
(don't know what the 3rd row says)

4th sticker:
Oil change
(apparently, something else was changed, but I don't know what it is.)

That's about all I can decipher, sorry!
