GTR hesitation/ almost stops itself

ok so a couple days ago i started noticing my idle drop when i was waiting at lights (from 1000 to about 500) and i kinda brushed it off till this weekend to have a look at what going on. now its at the point when when the engine gets warm it sometimes doesnt wanna start driving usually from 2nd to 3rd gear it stops moving and its almost like down shifting/poping the clutch but continues till rpm start to drop and car starts slowing down i havent done much to because unfotunatly my weekend got busy and so i havent tried changing the fuel filter (mostly because i dunno when it was done last and seemed like it couldnt hurt) and now i dunno what to do it almost seems like im not getting ignition or at least it feels like the car is starting to stall out as it slows down if anyone could let my know what going on or a bunch of things to try that would be great thanks

Alternator would be a guess but a bad vacuum leak could do that too. Are your lights dining or gauges bouncing?

that could make sense as i just hooked up subs in it ill unhooking them and see if that makes a difference since i dunno where to get a new altinator and need to be able to drive

Worse case, use you beater/daily driver.

This is my daily driver my beater was stolen and I didn't wanna replace the steering column
