When I turn the key cars current seems on and off, I hear the fuel pump come on then off, pressure in lines are not enough to fire the car but it does offer with what little fuel its getting' any advice lads?

check your power ground and resistances. Check your main grounds and also check for any short to grounds in the suspected circuits.

If it is your fuel that is that problem check the ground for your pump in the trunk. This sometimes is a common problem with gtrs just like a few others that have recently popped up on the forum

Generally its the classic jdm poor wiring.
check all grounds and power supplies clean and sand all point. the stock ground wire for the battery rots At the frame and put alot of resistance on the circuit.
ground it better and maybe put in a better alternator
