Rear Inner Tire Rod Part Number

Hey guys I need a part number for my 92 Skyline GTR
Need both Right and Left Rear Inner Tire Rod part numbers.
I got a list of part numbers from the forums and the number they give me is (48521-72E00- Socket Assy - Tie Rod, Inner P10) But this doesn't tell me if it's front or rear and I need the rear.

Please any help would be great.

Go to nissan and order the parts for a 240SX with Hicas. The same year as your car should work. Get the ball joints too. I was told the outer part isn't a wear item but I change the whole thing anyways with my lock out bar.
