Yes all of the speeds are working and the doors for the air distribution also, but even on the 4th speed of the fan air is bairily going out of the vents! Wondering if anyone else dealt with this before, or someone can give me a hint! May be we have cabin filter or something like that!

The fan is easily accessible behind/under glove box. Take the screw out and get someone to hold the fan while it's hooked up and see how fast it's spinning. Oil/grease it and see if it improves. If not then need a new fan motor.

No, was my mistake, when i was playing around the battery was almost dead, when the engine runs everything fine! And fan is pushing lots of air!)
