Looking for some feedback on my build plans

Hey guys, I know these sorts of threads can get tiresome to the experts, but I really want some honest advice that applies directly to my car before I go lighting hundred dollar bills on fire. I'm in the process of selling my 190e Cosworth and plan to use that money to wake the GTR up a bit.

    The current setup:
    1992 GTR
-stout (supposedly rebuilt) RB with 155psi compression across all 6 cylinders within 1psi variance
    -Steel wheeled stock turbos
    -Full turboback exhaust
    -HKS pods
    -HKS SSQV
-Denso 290lph in tank pump hotwired for full rock and roll 14.4v
    -Yellow Jackets
    -Blitz "Access" JDM tuned ECU
    -Blitz ID-3 EBC

I've been quite happy with the way it's ran this summer at 16psi, with my AFR's at about 11.9-12ish, but I now want more (isn't that always the way?).

I'm planning to budget about $5-6,000. And I just want a little insight to where my money is best spent. I'm really hoping this will be enough to get me 450WHP.

    My list as it sits:
-Power FC, Still not sure which makes more sense for me, L or D jetro? ($900-ish)
-Turbos, I really like what I've read about the new Tomei "ARMS" complete bolt on kit, but I assume there's cheaper options? ($2750)
-Injectors, also not sure about this, earlier this year I bought some Denso 550cc injectors and never installed them, will these be suitable for the power levels I'd like?
-Piping/intercooler, this is where I'm a little confused to be honest, all these parts are big $ when added up, and I don't know what's "needed". ($?)
-Dyno time when it's all said and done ($600)

I'm not wealthy, and I'm a fan of buying used parts when they'll do their job, so I will be bargain hunting what I can. I really appreciate any and all advice given, and I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge, but it's been a steep learning curve with this motor for some reason.
    thanks,
    -Don

Call RS tuning. Those injectors, 1.3 to 1.5 bars of boost, and your stock computer tuned, you can get 450 whp, no problem.

    Ask for Radek.

Like a off the shelf tune? Or bring my car there and have it tuned on a dyno? You think I can make 450 wheel with the turbos I have now or with the tomei units?

Do you have the smaller or the bigger kit? How's the spool and what kind of power are you making? Would you mind giving me the details of your motor so I can get an idea of what to expect?

I have not had it dyno'd yet simply because i havnt finished everything .

    My current engine spec is

    stock internals
    n1 water pump
    Greddy large front mount intercooler
    greddy/TRUST suction kit
Full greddy/TRUST exhaust with dual exit pipes from muffler back (inc equal length downpipe ceramic coated)
    Tomei 7655 arms turbo kit
Tomei Expreme exhaust manifolds (XMC coated by fireball coatings)
Tomei Expreme turbo dumps (XMC coated by fireball coatings)
Apexi AVC-r boost controller set to 0.8 bar ( for safety until fuel system is upgraded and ECU work is done)
    HKS Type-R oil cooler kit
    Greddy remote oil filter kit
Essential NERVE ecu tuned in japan
PCV system removed and cam covers plumbed into a RIPS catch can
    Tomei timing belt
    Nismo thermostat
    Nismo Rad cap

innovate Wideband logging shows im very much in the safe area for A/F up to redline(7000rpm)

As for how the turbos compare to factory units -- they take a bit longer to spool , and they dont realy reach full boost until 4500 rpm . The factory turbos spool up faster (mainley because of the crappy ceramic exhaust wheel that weights next to nothing). The turbos are prone to shuffle and boost spikes , i dont have that with the tomei's. The torque delivery is very very smooth and linear.

to get 450whp, you'll need a metal head gasket for sure
if you go with the MAP PFC, just deleted the maf and no problem
but if you go with the MAF PFC, you'll to upgrade to Z32 MAFs and intake filters
the 550cc injectors are enough, but i'd go with 600cc or a bit more for reliability

Take your car there. Radek will tune it on the dyno. Yes, stock turbos with steel wheels.
Boost is not the issue. The turbos you have now will max out the stock injectors.
Radek is the best in the business. He will be your best resource for everything.
RS Tuning. He's on vacation this week.
You need to get what you have working 100%, then look at upgrades.
The more people that respond, the more nonsense you'll need to buy.
    Call Radek.....next week.

    - Nistune
    - 550cc injectors
    - garrett gt2860 -9 turbos (same as HKS GTSS)
    - Clutch

OEM front mount is fine, no need to upgrade it. Lots of SR20 guys were having issues with Tomei turbos failing, plus they're expensive. Put stock bypass valves back on. Sell the steel wheeled stockers to recoup some money, start fresh with new hardware

Put 18-20psi into it from that and you'll be laughing. That's what I'd do for a really fast and fun to drive GTR street car.

what is the purpose of the car?

I like to encourage a set of gauges...water temp, oil temp, boost, afr, etc. super important for troubleshooting.
and, some great tires such as dunlop star specs or yoko ad08s
    oh hai!
