don't use it unless you already have problems, it will eat away at your brass syncros and destroy them. i was a bonehead put it in my perfectly fine transmission and a three years and 1000 kms later it needed a rebuild, i don't drive my car much
    Trust T618Z,Carrillo Rods,CP Pistons,Tomei 280 10.8 lift ProCams, Tomei Spec C Springs, N1 Block, ARP, ATI, ATL, Bosch 044,Sard 800cc,PFC,Z32 etc.......

FS: tomei 2.6 full counter crank, reground/nitrated.

I found royal purple 75w-90 was smoother than the redline MT90 anyway.
Dang! You got shocks, pegs... Lucky! You ever take it off any sweet jumps?

Ya I have a grind when shifting from third to fourth over 4500rpm. Should I maybe use something different?

Both Shockproofs (light and heavy) will eat away at your "yellow" metals but, the heavy will do the most damage. They are ment for Dog trannys only. They really should put a disclaimer on the bottle, I am surprized no-one hasn't sued them yet in the states (we all know how they can be down there).

I have MT90 in my Carry and it really works well when it is -30 out. Not so much in the summer though, I can hear the teeth clattering and it makes me cring. I would like to run 80w140 in the summer and the MT in the winter but that could get a little expensive.

Have MT90 in the Skyline too and I find the same thing, shifts nice but I can hear the gears clattering away when it gets nice and hot out, might try some good old dino 80w90 next summer and see what that is like.
